The route will begin in Cleveland, traveling across Lake Erie to Buffalo, NY. From Buffalo it goes along the Erie Canal to the Hudson River which leads to New York City. From NY City it will follow the Intracoastal Waterway all the way down to Key West FL. This route will go to many major cities that have local Habitat projects underway. It will take us through many beautiful protected bodies of water; however there will be times that challenge our rowing strength and seamanship.
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
